Here's an added bonus! Wunderkind offers employees 4 weeks of paid leave every 4 years of service.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Having a work/life balance is important! Wunderkind offers employees 13 total days of Paid Time Off. PTO is prorated and accrued based on your start date. Up to 5 remaining days carry over to the following year.
Paid Sick Time
You shouldn't have to use your PTO in case of an emergency or illness, so Wunderkind offers employees and additional 7 total days of Paid Sick Time Off. Sick Time is front-loaded upon your start date and the total balance refreshes on January 1.
Employees are allowed to use Sick Time for non-illness purposes (vacation, personal, etc.)
Bereavement Leave
Wunderkind understands that the death of a family member or close friend is an extremely difficult time in a person’s life. With that in mind, we have set out to create a bereavement policy that allows all of our employees the time they need to grieve their loss.
Floating Holiday
Wunderkind offers you 1 Floating Holiday per year to use for any purpose.
The Floating Holiday does not carry over year to year. This one day per year refreshes on January 1.
Paid Company Holidays
Wunderkind offers employees 14 additional Paid Company Holidays.
