Base Compensation
Wunderkind provides base compensation is paid 2X per month. Employees will be paid on the 15th and last business day of the month. If either falls on a weekend or holiday, you will be paid on the business day beforehand.
Variable Compensation
Wunderkind provides variable compensation for certain roles within the company that can be paid in a variety of ways, such as a signing bonus, commission, employee referral, spot bonus, etc.
Vesting Equity
Wunderkind grants all employees an opportunity to earn and purchase stock options over time!
Medical Flexible Spending Account
Set aside pre-tax funds for qualified medical, dental, and vision expenses through Wunderkind's Flexible Spending Account. Funds are front-loaded into your account and you pay back via pre-tax deductions.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
Set aside a pre-tax fund of up to $5,000 / household for qualified dependent care expenses through Wunderkind's Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account. Covers dependents up to 13 years and/or qualifying disabled dependents.
Funds are deposited to your account on a per-paycheck basis.
Pre-Tax Commuter Parking & Transit
Wunderkind provides a commuter benefit that allows employees to make pre-tax contributions up to $325 per month and post-tax contributions up to $1,000 to use for parking/transit costs.
Business Travel Expensing
Wunderkind allows employees to redeem business travel expenses including flights, hotels, rental cards, transportation and meals. All business travel is booked through our Business Travel platform, TripActions.
401k with Employer Match
Let's talk about saving for the future! Wunderkind's 401(k) is an employer-sponsored retirement savings plan that lets employees set aside a portion of their wages for the future and reap tax benefits in the process.
Wunderkind will match 50% of an employee's contribution up to 6%. Employees can contribution on a Pre-Tax and/or Roth basis.
Employee Referral Program
Wunderkind offers generous compensation for employee referrals. The amount is based on the employment level of the hired employee.
