Our Wunderkind Identity & Impact Groups (WIIGs) make sure we follow through on our commitment to an inclusive workplace.
Each of our WIIGs are employee-formed and centered around common experiences that support our overall Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging objectives.
WIIGs actively give back to the employees, the community, and the business. They serve as a resource to help employees feel connected, valued, respected, included, and aware. Wunderkind has 10 amazing ERGs & EIGs for employees to join in our New York and Indy offices as well as virtually.
