SimplyPeople takes care of your employees and their benefits. Powered by NFP, SimplyPeople allows you to outsource administrative work related to benefits so you can focus on building your business, driving your culture forward, and focusing on your employees. What we do:
- Manages day-to-day employee benefits processes
- Transfers employee elections to carriers following an enrollment event – i.e. new hire, qualifying life event, open enrollment, termination
- Audits carrier invoices monthly
- Owns relationship with carriers

The Care Line offers your employees one toll-free number and online submission process that connects them directly to a benefits expert.
How we help:
- Educate and explain how benefits work
- Quarterly utilization reports
- Resolve billing or claims issues
- Compare provider and pharmacy costs
As an employer, you will be provided with promotional materials for your use and distribution to employees, and quarterly utilization reports.

mAccounting serves as your payroll manager, expert, and partner. Their custom service model takes care of your employees by coordinating various payroll administrative functions and tasks within the payroll system. What they do:
- Initiate payroll cycle events
- Review & approve timesheets
- Finalize payroll exceptions
- Process payroll
Technology:

Employee Navigator is a simple to use, self-service software used primarily for employee benefit elections. Employee Navigator also provides a platform for:
- Employee benefits enrollment
- Employee demographic and benefits history
- On-demand reporting
- Unlimited document storage
- Onboarding (optional)

Gusto is primarily used as your cloud-based payroll software, but they wear other hats too. A leader in small business solutions, Gusto currently supports your team as the platform for employee payroll information and documentation. Used for:
- Employee payroll & timekeeping
- Automatic payroll tax calculation & filing
- Digital employee onboarding (I-9s, W-2s, 1099s)
