Base Compensation

Base compensation is paid 2X per month. Employees will be paid on the 15th and last business day of the month. If either falls on a weekend or holiday, you will be paid on the business day beforehand.

Medical Flexible Spending Account

Set aside pre-tax funds for qualified medical, dental, and vision expenses. Funds are front-loaded into your account and you pay back via pre-tax deductions.

You can also carry over a portion of unused funds on April 1st of the following year automatically.
