Base Compensation
Base compensation is paid 2X per month. Employees will be paid on the 15th and last business day of the month. If either falls on a weekend or holiday, you will be paid on the business day beforehand.
Variable Compensation
Variable compensation can be paid in a variety of ways, such as a signing bonus, commission, employee referral, spot bonus, etc.

A 401(k) is an employer-sponsored retirement savings plan that lets employees set aside a portion of their wages for the future and reap tax benefits in the process.
