2025 Benefits Enrollment
At Wunderkind, part of our culture is to have each other’s back at all times. We want to make sure that we clearly communicate your hard-earned benefits and give all Wunderkinds the resources to make the most of things like Open Enrollment.
What's Changing in 2025?
We have some fantastic updates to your benefits package this year!
- New Medical Plan Provider: We’re switching from Cigna to UMR under the United Healthcare network, providing you with great coverage and access to a broad network of healthcare providers.
- No Increase in Employee Premiums: Great news - your premiums for all plans, except dental, will stay the same in 2025, with no additional cost to you!
- Dental Savings: Wunderkind will now cover 50% of your dental premiums, putting more money back into your pocket while making dental care more affordable!
- New Voya Protect Supplemental Health Coverage: We’ve added a voluntary umbrella plan through Voya for extra protection and peace of mind!
- Increased Contribution Limits for HSA and FSA: You can now save more for your healthcare and commuter expenses with higher annual limits for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Medical/Commuter Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)!
- New Childcare Support: We’ve partnered with Bright Horizons to offer access to quality childcare solutions, at no additional cost to you, providing more support for your family’s needs! This will not require enrollment during the upcoming open enrollment period. More info to come!
