HOW DOES MY DENTAL PLAN WORK?
- First, you must reach your individual or family deductible (depending on whom you plan to cover for the year).
- Once your deductible is met, your coinsurance begins. (All services require the deductible to be met first, except for Preventive Dental Services.)
- The annual maximum is the most that Guardian will pay toward dental services per person per year. If you go over the annual maximum amount, you are responsible for 100% of additional charges until the plan resets the following year.
