We encourage you to take the time to educate yourself about your options and choose the best coverage for you and your family. Whether you are a newly hired employee or a current employee enrolling during Open Enrollment, elections you make at this time will remain in effect until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you have a qualifying event that allows a plan change.

At the heart of Enrollify are credentialed benefit gurus. They meet with employees virtually, speaking directly to an employee’s specific benefits and situation. The results? Employees can choose benefits with confidence and feel empowered and engaged with their benefits.

It’s easy to use:

  • Employees can schedule a convenient appointment via their digital devices.
  • One-on-one counseling with screen co-browsing (if needed) can assist employees as they navigate through their enrollment.
  • Together we will develop an effective communication campaign, inspiring employees to act and amplifying an employer’s benefit messages.

Employer requirements:

  • Must have at least one Supplemental Health Plan
  • Agree to provide 80% of emails/phone numbers to execute their plan
  • Provide their benefits guide

  2. To log in, enter your Username (your email or mobile number) and Password: BENEFITS2026

Who is eligible?

In order to be eligible for benefits, you must work at least 30 hours per week. Married spouse / domestic partner and dependent children are also eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision.

When can I enroll?

  1. You can enroll only at certain times throughout the year. As an employee, you can enroll during the annual open enrollment period
  2. If you are a newly hired employee, you must enroll or waive coverage within 30 days from your date of hire.
  3. Employees enrolling due to a qualifying event must enroll or waive coverage within 30 days from the date of the qualifying event.

How do I make changes?

Open Enrollment is the one time each year that employees can make changes to their benefit elections without a qualifying life event.

  • You will need to notify Human Resources right away if you have a qualifying life event and need to make a change to your benefit elections (you only have 30 days from the day of a qualifying event to make any changes).
  • Qualified changes in status include, for example: marriage, divorce, legal separation, spouses change of employment status, birth or adoption of a child.
