An annual eye exam not only helps uncover vision correction needs. It can sometimes be the first to detect signs of serious health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, eye diseases, and more.
EyeMed pays benefits for both in-network and out-of-network services. When you visit an in-network provider, benefits are greater and there are no claim forms to be filed. When you use an out-of-network provider, you will be responsible for filing claims and will be reimbursed at the scheduled amounts listed below.
