This plan is offered at no cost to you through Lincoln Financial Group. Sometimes balancing work and family creates stress that’s hard to handle on your own. The EAP is a CONFIDENTIAL service, free of charge to you and your family and designed to help with personal, job and family concerns. Call whenever you like, as often as you need. Consultants can help you work through your concerns and develop a plan to address your problems. Calls are confidential; no one will know you use this service unless you tell them.
- Complete confidentiality
- Up to five (5) face-to-face counseling sessions; may also coordinate with health benefits
- Unlimited phone access to legal, financial, and work-life services
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Telephonic assessment and referral
- All calls answered by live, licensed, masterslevel counselors
- Referrals to local attorneys for a free 30- minute consultation and a 25% reduction in fees for representation
- Information, resources, and referrals on family matters, such as child and elder care, kennels and pet care; event and vacation planning; moving and relocation; car buying; college planning; and more
- Customized information packet for each of the work-life services you use
- Assistance with family, parenting, addictions, stress, financial issues, and more!

Whenever you travel 100 miles or more from home to another country or just another city be sure to pack your travel assistance phone number! Simply tear off and carry the wallet card or enter the number into your cell phone so it is always close at hand. Day or night, you and your family can get support for medical, legal and other important services. All enrolled in the Group Basic Life and AD&D plan are eligible for the Travel Connect Services.
