The comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides you and your family members with confidential, personal and web-based support on a wide variety of important and relevant topics — such as stress management, child or elder care, identity theft, and legal and financial issues. You do not thave to be enrolled in any other Womble benefit to be eligible for the EAP.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP also provides services to you at no cost which includes legal consultation, financial consultation, identity theft consultation, dependent care referrals and convenience referrals such as home improvement, auto repair and pet care.
Licensed Professional Counselors
Access one to six sessions in person or via video, telephonic or text-based counseling for help with:
- Anxiety, depression anger, burnout, grief, loss
- Marital, parenting, relationship issues
- Substance abuse, gambling, other dependencies
Certified Financial Specialists
Half-hour phone or in-person consultation per financial issue; unlimited issues such as:
- Debt management, credit issues, budgeting, saving, bankruptcy
- College/retirement planning, home refinancing
Work/Life Specialists
With a work/life specialist, you can find the right resources including childcare, eldercare, summer camps, special needs programs and more.
You also have access to numerous resources online such as articles, tools, videos, calculators for loans/debt consolidation, tax and Will forms, and webinars on retirement planning and other topics.
