Rightway connects you to a health guide to help you find you the best doctor and book your appointment, create tailored care plans and figure out next steps, or even explain your bill and dispute it if it's incorrect.
Medical & Rx
STG offers a FREE medical plan. However, you also have the choice of several medical plans, so employees can select the coverage that best suits their needs, through UMR and prescription benefits through True Rx.
Dental & Vision
Dental and vision coverage is offered through UMR. With two dental plan options, employees with coverage can save money and help ensure they maintain good oral health. Vision coverage offers employees an annual allowance towards contact lenses, new frames, and discounted eye exams.
