Between 10/1 and 10/15 an email will be sent to you to initiate the creation of your account. Simply download the app to setup your personal account.

Use your virtual or physical Paytient card to pay for care. To see where you can use Paytient, log in or open the Paytient app.
Split
Split each transaction into a personalized repayment plan that works for your budget. Payments will be automatically payroll deducted on the schedule you select, so you can set it and forget it.

If you’ve been offered a Paytient card at work or through your health plan, your employer or health insurer is paying to give you access to interest-free credit for care.
