How it Works
File a claim if you are diagnosed with a covered condition. If approved, you'll get a benefit payout within 72 hours. Use the funds for anything you need.
What's Covered
- 6,000+ Moderate conditions simple fractures, lacerations, kidney stones, and dehydration
- 5,600+ Severe conditions like appendicitis, compound fractures, pulmonary embolism, and torn ACL
- 1,500+ Catastrophic conditions malignant lung cancer, heart attack, stroke, and major organ failure
Ansel Supplemental Benefits Premiums
As an employee of STG, you pay the premiums for any supplemental coverage. The premium amount is based on the tier of coverage that you elect. The following rates are bi-weekly (26 pays per year) payroll deductions.
