403(b) Retirement Plan

All regular employees (not temporary or interns) are eligible to elect to participate in a voluntary 403b plan by enrolling into your desired plan in Paycom and contacting the appropriate financial advisor. Employees will be allowed to contribute up to the maximum amount allowable by law.

Staff Discounts & Scholarships

Events Staff Discount - We are excited to offer all staff a 25% discount for their children to attend camps and other high-cost events. When registering your child, simply enter the code STAFF at checkout to receive the discount.

Sports and Fitness Membership - All staff and their residential family get FREE membership to the Gym and Fitness Center. This includes access to: group fitness classes, pickleball, walking track, family open gym, fitness center (for 16 years+). As a Connection Pointe staff member, you will be waived the membership fee valued at $120 for an individual and $240 for a family (2+ members) per year. Complete the 2025 Gym and Fitness Center Membership Form to set up of your free membership and access the facility as a staff member.

Scholarships - We recognize that camp and event fees can add up quickly, especially for families with multiple kids. To help ensure finances aren’t a barrier, scholarships are available for families who could benefit from financial assistance.

Financial Coaching

Financial Coaching is available to help anyone who needs to learn to live on a budget or figure out ways to trim their budget. Coaching can aid with some immediate needs to help someone get on track with managing their finances. A coach can bring an outside perspective to help you see areas you may be missing in your budget or overall spending concerns. A coach can also offer encouragement and provide hope along the way.

Financial Planning Ministry (FPM)

We can’t predict the future, but we can plan for it. Financial Planning Ministry (FPM) takes the mystery out of estate planning, guiding you and your family through a straightforward process allowing you to design your legacy plan, with no out of pocket cost to you, that blesses your family and honors God. Connection Pointe has partnered with FPM to provide you with the opportunity to make decisions, pass on your values AND your valuables, and start planning your future.

Financial Peace University

We all need a plan for our money. Financial Peace University is that plan! Through video teaching, class discussions and interactive small group activities, FPU presents biblical, practical steps to get from where you are to where you’ve dreamed you could be. This plan will show you how to get rid of debt, manage your money, spend and save wisely. Change your family’s future through Financial Peace University, free to CP staff members.

Housing Allowance Guidance

Want to discuss how to apply housing allowance? For qualified Pastors on staff, complimentary planning support is available to you through a financial planning support on how to allocate the housing allowance benefit for federal tax savings.

EMPLOYEE TIME OFF

Paid Holidays

It is important for our staff to be given time to rest and recharge. This also helps with work life and family balance. To assist with this, staff will receive the following holidays paid off:

Martin Luther King Jr. Day: 3rd Monday in January

Easter: Monday after Easter Sunday

Memorial Day: Last Monday in May

Independence Day: July 4

Labor Day: 1st Monday in September

Thanksgiving Day (and the Friday after): 4th Thursday in November

Winter Break (5 days): The week between Christmas & New Year's Day

Paid Time Off

In addition to the paid holiday, staff will have the following paid time off to utilize throughout the year (August-July):

Kingdom Days

All CP staff members working 20+ hours a week have 5 Kingdom Days per year that can be used to serve on a Mission Trip or at NextGen events like camp. This means you can volunteer without using PTO, providing a valuable blessing to the kids and families we serve. Coordinate with your supervisor to confirm approval and ensure that your Kingdom Days align with your team’s schedule. We’re incredibly grateful for CP’s leadership and their ongoing investment in our staff and families. We can’t wait to see how God works through these opportunities to continue raising the strongest generation!

COUNSELING & MARRIAGE RESOURCES

Professional Counseling

As a CP staff member, you are eligible for up to $600 per year for you or your immediate family to use for professional counseling sessions with a CP approved provider. Employees are responsible for a $20 copay per session. You will pay your provider the copay at the time of your session. CP will be directly billed by the provider for the remaining cost of the session.

Married employees who do not utilize the $600 for counseling services can opt to put their $600 towards an enrollment fee for a Marriage Retreat.

Marriage Connect Day

CP married staff members are eligible for one paid day off a year to take intentional time with their spouse for a 24hr marriage retreat. The couple will be provided with a Marriage Connect Day Guide and $200 for the couple’s time together.
