Library Information

The church library serves as a valuable resource for spiritual growth and education. By providing access to faith-based literature, study materials, and Christian fiction, the library supports employees in deepening their understanding of scripture and strengthening their relationship with God. Employee Referral

Know someone who would be a great fit for an open role here at Connection Pointe? Connection Pointe offers up to $1000 in bonuses for CP staff who refer candidates who are hired for a current open position. You can access the Employee Referral Form here.

Phone Stipend

Connection Pointe provides a $30 monthly cell phone stipend to employees who work 20 or more hours per week. This stipend is intended to offset the cost of business-related usage, ensuring employees remain accessible and productive while performing their job duties.

Employee Daycare Benefit

Employees of Connection Pointe will be offered a discount off the current tuition rates for their dependent children to attend Connection Pointe Christian Academy (CPCA). This discount is 50% off for children who are infants and younger toddlers (Beginners), and then 75% off for children who are turning 2 to Pre-Ks. This benefit is subject to The Academy’s capacity and availability. If you are interested in enrolling, please contact HR for help with this.
